Whole coriander

Coriander is one of the oldest spicy plant. It is spicy tasteful and palatable. In cooking coriander is used for confectionery and bakery aromatization. It is added to the first and second courses, gravies, sauces, salads, vegetable dishes, added for vegetable canning, and mushroom marinades.
