Salt of Carpathians - made ??ñîáëþäàÿ Carpathian Salt is made with saving long-term traditions of the most ancient salt-workers generations. It has been obtained on the oldest saltern in Ukraine from 1250 year. It is placed in the Carpathian foot-hill. Salt production always takes place according to the ancient recipe of the natural brines where is used the method of evaporation. Due to the technological difficulties of cleaning, salt cleaness has always high-level and there are also remain the salt crystals with microelements: calcium and magnesium. Ukraine has large, unique and quality salt deposits. According to its chemical cleanness it can be considered the best in the world. Carpathian salt is used in everyday cooking of the first and second dishes, salads and garnishes and also for vegetable canning.
