Sea salt is a variety of the natural salt which is obtained with evaporation method of salt water under sunbeams influence. Thus, sea salt gets life-giving energy of sunlight. An important difference from the ordinary culinary salt is considerable greater maintenance of minerals and microelements such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, manganese, iron, copper, zinc and others. Sea salt contains almost all elements of Mendeleev table in micro doses. Usually such microelements of ordinary culinary salt are removed during the process of cleaning but sea salt saves these elements due to the processing method which almost did not change during ages. It is added to vegetable salads. It is used for cooking of soups, pastas or to salt down ready dishes.
